Meuschkenmuhle in Bad Klosterlausnitz

Unfortunately closed due to Corona. It all looked like after the escape.

Quaint, a suitable stopover in an idyllic setting, a bit old, but tried and tested

We sat outside. There were seat cushions and everything is covered with a kind of pavilion roof. It was enough. You could pick up coffee and cake yourself, you didn't have to go in. Everything was fine.

It was enough for a strengthening snack after a hike, but as a "restaurant" where you can go out to eat, I would rather look for other locations.

Today, a lot of people are out and about there, have walked through the forest to Naupoldsmühle. Cake with cream was very tasty

The food was excellent and the portions were sufficient. The prices were all reasonable. Price performance 1A again at any time.

The place will appeal to hikers and cyclists.

Our visit was to the small museum at the back of the mill restaurant about the "strongest man in the world" who could tear up phone books, carry horses, lift pianos and balance 5 people at once on his arms and shoulders. We experienced an entertaining tour and witnessed a short video sequence with old film recordings. A visit is highly recommended.

Service OK, crispy schnitzel breading, meat seared to death, only firm fibers. This makes a very dry meal.

The Meuschkensmühle has become really beautiful. You can sit in the shade and rest from hiking through the idyllic Mühltal. A lot of work has been done here in recent years and it has paid off. Personally, I would like it even better if you didn't have to fetch the food yourself, but there are sure to be different opinions. Otherwise, the Meuschkensmühle is highly recommended.

A beer garden in a wonderful tourist hiking area that is closed for 2 days during the summer school holidays during the Corona period. And tells the potential guests that they should relieve themselves in the forest.

Nice place to stay. Food was good and it went quickly despite the many guests.

We were here as a family and hiked to the Mühlenweg and took a short break. We sat in the spacious outdoor area and enjoyed a little something. In the meantime, the children had fun feeding the goats. The self-smoked trout were delicious!

After a great roast of meat, spontaneously asked for overnight accommodation and spontaneously got 2 days. Thanks for the great weekend, we will definitely be back. The doggie was not a problem either. The room was clean spacious and had a terrace with a fantastic view. Breakfast good too and nice hospitality. If you are there you should definitely try the self-smoked trout. Thanks and keep it up.

Very relaxed atmosphere in nature. Very good for a break when hiking or cycling. Large covered terrace. Self service. Food was delicious.

Family run restaurant, very nicely located. There are cozy rooms to stay in, where you would like to spend a few days on vacation. A real insider tip

We stayed here for a weekend to 12 pm. It was a very animal friendly terrain. The price performance ratio was ok. The breakfast was manageable for the money.
